


The Summer/Fall Training Program
If you’re training for a half marathon, a shorter distance, or are in the market for a Tuesday evening speed workout with good people, this is for you! All our Tuesday workouts will appear in your training calendar in the free V.02 app. Every workout will include custom paces tailored to your level of fitness and reviewed by an experienced coach, either myself or Assistant Coach, Jim Purvis. If you’d like to receive additional workouts in your calendar to complete on your own, you can also elect to do just that!
The program runs for 16 weeks beginning Tuesday, July 8th and ending Tuesday, October 28. Workouts begin at 6:30 inside the Columbus Circle entrance to Central Park. Bag watch is available nearby at Fleet Feet.
Speed work for everyone. You don’t have to be fast but you will get faster.
