If you are training for a marathon, this is your best option! Work one-on-one with me and receive custom workouts uploaded to your training calendar each month. All workouts are customized based on your training history and current fitness. Once I’ve created your monthly calendar you will always have access to your workouts and can update paced in the future as your fitness continues to improve. The app records your personal records and recent races as well as each of your workouts. The app allows us to communicate about the workouts and your progress. This plan also offers unlimited email and text communication as well as a monthly phone check-in. It’s everything you need to succeed!

This isn't your generic downloaded-from-the-internet training calendar. I'll design custom workouts that meet you where you're at ~ wherever that is ~ to increase your running speed, general fitness, and confidence. Whether you are training for an endurance event (half marathon, marathon, ultra), a shorter distance race, or for life, you will receive personalized run (and if you like, strength and mobility workouts) uploaded to your monthly training calendar and accessible to you at all times through the app and/or website. I will set your personal training paces so you know how hard (or easy) to run. I'll review your workouts and provide feedback that will guide you toward your goals, again, whatever those are! Evaluation of your gait from multiple angles with video, a review of the principles of good running form and running economy, and tips and drills to move more efficiently through space. Minimize your risk of injury and increase your speed by learning how to do more with less! I’ll meet you on the date and time of your choosing.
Enjoy a 60 minute group run in New York City at the location of your choice. Choose to tour one of our world-class parks (Central Park in Manhattan or Prospect Park in Brooklyn) or a neighborhood in any of the five boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, or the Bronx). If your group would prefer a structured workout—speed work or hill training—that preference may also be accommodated.
