We make speed work less work, more fun! Join us in Central Park every Wednesday night at 6:30 PM for eighteen weeks of fast, fun workouts. This program will ready you for a full marathon distance. Note: if you’re training for a half marathon or any shorter distance, the Central Park Speed program on Tuesday nights is for you!
As a member of the Marathon Training Program you will also receive a training calendar on V.02 for your goal marathon customized to your level of fitness and experience.
