We make training less work, more fun! With this training program you’ll get a customized training calendar, a coach to oversee your workouts, sixteen weekly group training sessions, a weekend long run, a weekend track workout, and, fundamentally, a reason to beat the blues and move, whatever your speed. Join us! Whether you’re training for a race or are looking for some structure and accountability, you’ll gain strength, speed, and insight into injury prevention and nutrition. Our weekly group workouts will motivate you and meet you wherever you’re at. Join us in Central Park Wednesdays at 6:30 PM. As a member of the Winter Training Program you will also receive a custom training calendar on V.02, individualized workouts and paces, and a coach who will provide feedback and encouragement along the way. Like a fingerprint, you are not the same as anyone else, why should your training be? Each calendar is individually customized to your goals, level of fitness, experience, and schedule. And they work.
