Group speed work Tuesday and Thursday mornings in Prospect Park. We make speed work less work, more fun! On Tuesdays we work on “short speed:” increase your cadence, power, and strength. On Thursdays we focus on longer distances at threshold effort and hill training. All workouts are open to runners of any level: beginners through Boston-qualifiers, we got you! 8 assistant coaches work with you in small groups so you can train alongside others who move at your speed and receive experienced attention. Workouts begin at 6:30 AM at the Grand Army Plaza entrance to Prospect Park, last an hour, and end in endorphins. You can join for a session or for an individual workout! Note: Listed price is for a full session of Tuesday and Thursday workouts. Want only Tuesdays or only Thursdays? That’s $90 and individual workouts are $20 a pop.
